These are the best answers to the eternal question posed to a retired I. T. professional. Can you fix my computer? You’ve stated the choices clearly. The only time I went through the “help a user” process was when my 88 year old mother got a new lap top and I set it up for her. She gave her not too old one to my sister and I upgraded it. All, and only, for the love of the game.
